Wishing that the Holiday Season finds you and yours and the staff of Desert Realty well.
I am a tenant in one of the properties managed by your firm.
I want to take the time to thank you for all of your staff’s kindness and professionalism in the rental of my home. It is truly a pleasure to work with your people.
Experience has revealed that the people and organization reflect the founder, and it should be acknowledged.
Last year when I received a surprise regarding the need to relocate, I made it a point to stay with your firm as great relations are worth more than options. It became obvious and was later told to me that the staff was looking out for me to be in the best situation. This is a personal touch so rare these days, and I wanted you to know and extend my appreciation.
Now I am settled in a wonderful place, still good friends with my neighbors by the previous rental and have had pleasant conversation with my previous owner. Your firm was integral to all of this. Thank you.
Please accept the Holiday Cheer for you and your staff as a small token of my appreciation for what you contributed to my personal journey and making it easier and fruitful.

I have been with Desert Realty for approx. 20 years. I live in another state, and I haven't had any problems with tenants or maintenance issues. They have dealt with all HOA issues and other issues. They have been excellent managers for my house, and I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot express effectively to you how happy I have been over the years With Desert Reality, especially Lori and the rest of the crew. I can be a picky and often demanding client when looking for a Property Management Group and or Homes.
