There is a leasing fee of $295
when Desert Realty finds and qualifies a tenant for a vacant unit.
If the tenant does not remain in the property for at least six
months, Desert Realty will re-let the unit WITHOUT a leasing fee. |

| ADVERTISING | ||||
|
A "For Rent" sign will be placed on the property at no cost to the owner. Pictures, fact and amenities about the property will be placed on the Internet on at least six different web sites. The web sites are designed for rental properties and are advertised to the public. The cost is $95 per month, but only while the property is vacant. When rented, the property information is removed from the Internet and the expense is stopped. |
